Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle availability, optimize fleet distribution across locations, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Maintain accurate booking systems, update reservation statuses, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate vehicle parking requirements across all points of sale, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to guarantee vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues related to vehicle condition, booking, or billing, providing prompt resolutions.
  • Maintain records of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and driver documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Administer submission of necessary paperwork for road traffic violations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Liaise with accident and breakdown teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet usage and performance metrics, informing strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Class 3 Local Driving License with minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of fleet management systems and reservation software, optimizing operations.
  • Understanding of local transportation laws and safety standards, ensuring compliance.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, resolving complex issues effectively.
