Job Overview:
As a highly experienced and skilled Site Development Director, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities, ensuring smooth execution of on-site works. You will work closely with Project Managers and Design Managers to develop and implement effective construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead site teams in planning, coordination, and supervision of construction activities, including resource allocation and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Interpret and review technical drawings, schedules, and work programs to monitor progress and anticipate challenges.
  • Manage sub-contractor meetings and ensure efficient deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project milestones on time.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • A recognized degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in site management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • The ability to lead by example, foster a culture of safety, and drive team performance.
