Job Title: Site Development Director

The Site Development Director oversees the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project records, procuring materials and equipment, human resources, safety and financial goals, and meeting operational standards.

  • Maintains project administration by adhering to deadlines and protocols.
  • Orders materials and equipment while obtaining necessary permits.
  • Achieves construction human resource objectives by selecting, training, and evaluating employees.
  • Assesses safety and financial goals to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Manages sub-contractors by identifying, evaluating, and selecting qualified contractors.
  • Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Monitors project expenditures to meet financial targets.
  • Achieves construction project results by defining project scope and purpose.
  • Approves construction projects by conducting regular site inspections at critical phases.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a construction foreman with a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours and rotating shifts when required.
  • Proficiency in presenting proposals and projects.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines.
