Job Title: Sales and Operations Excellence Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Sales and Operations Excellence Specialist.

As a Sales and Operations Excellence Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our services sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and governance to the team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the implementation of a commercial operating model to review opportunities pipeline and collaborative sales forecast with the sales team and operations team.
  • Analyze and identify enhancement actions from BFO Analytics together with the Services Leader, Head of Sales, and Head of Operations.
  • Provide comprehensive support to sales managers in improving sales discipline and institutionalizing the use of sales methodology (customer platforming opportunity management, customer visits, coaching plans, probability forecast, sales forecast).
  • E nsure consistency and alignment between sales and operations data and programs.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead SIP target setting, framework, and calculations.
  • Conduct SIOP for Services Business.
  • Facilitate cadence to ensure services achieve orders and sales targets.
  • Ensure backlog visibility and accuracy to the team, collaborate with operations team to ensure proper sales phasing.
  • Ensure balances of offer types (recurring, modernization, on-demand, spares) to achieve the right mix.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant sales and marketing operational experience or commercial strategy, preferably in services-oriented industries.
  • Must be result-oriented with strong business acumen.
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g., with Microsoft Excel).
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skill.
