Job Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing job offers.

  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit
  • Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates
  • Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package
  • Delivering positive candidate experience and providing career guidance

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in recruitment or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of relevant recruitment tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
