Job Opportunity: Senior Recruitment Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist, specializing in permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle for permanent placements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and engage candidates through multiple channels, utilizing effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Candidate Presentation: Present candidate profiles and advise clients on hiring decisions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • KPI Achievement: Deliver consistently against KPIs and client expectations, driving business growth and success.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior associates and interns in recruitment best practices, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment or client-facing sales experience, with a proven track record of placements and client delivery.
  • Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Accountability: Accountable, driven, and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
