Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to engage potential candidates.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including international students, educators, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment activities and suggest improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience in international student recruitment, fluency in Chinese and English, excellent communication and teamwork skills, high levels of concentration, organizational skills, stress resistance, and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
