As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining positive and long-term relationships. We are keen to discuss with consultants from any recruitment desk, not limited to banking and finance.
- Provide professional recruitment consultancy services and advices to support client's hiring needs.
- Handle the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as a 360 Consultant.
- Represent Talent Pro to source candidates by implementing a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs.
- Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3-8+ years working experience in Recruitment field.
- Previous experience in or possess strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales.
- Resilient, target-driven and people-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with clients.
