We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at a Senior Day Rehabilitation Centre. About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for elderly clients with various physical conditions. They will develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals, as well as supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments for elderly clients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Supervise and train junior staff members.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, fall prevention, and mobility aids.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or community rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with the elderly and promoting active aging.
