Job Title: Physiotherapist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join our team as a key member of our healthcare services. As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and developing individualized physiotherapy plans for residents, leading and supervising therapy staff, participating in discharge planning and caregiver education, monitoring departmental operations, and overseeing therapy aides' training and onboarding.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized physiotherapy plans for residents
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor therapy staff
  • Participate in discharge planning and caregiver education
  • Monitor departmental operations and KPIs
  • Oversee therapy aides' training and onboarding
Requirements
  • Min 1 year relevant working experience
  • Possess AHPC registration
