Job Description

As an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and clerical assistance in our daily operations.

  • Manage records, invoices, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Filing and organizing paperwork in a systematic manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Enter data into our database and generate delivery orders.
  • Track customer orders to ensure timely collection or delivery of shipments.
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Literacy skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets to manage data.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and email software.
