We are a reputable logistics company offering reliable courier services to clients worldwide.
Job DescriptionAs an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and clerical assistance in our daily operations.
- Manage records, invoices, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Filing and organizing paperwork in a systematic manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Enter data into our database and generate delivery orders.
- Track customer orders to ensure timely collection or delivery of shipments.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Literacy skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets to manage data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and staff.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and email software.
- A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
