Job Description:
    LEE FOODS (TAI HOCK) PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled part-time admin clerk to provide administrative and sales support for efficient office operations.

About the Role:
    As an admin clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining physical and digital filing systems, answering phone calls, directing callers to appropriate personnel, responding to emails, and performing other ad hoc general clerk duties.

Key Responsibilities:
    
  • Providing administrative and sales support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
  • Answering phone calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel,
  • Responding to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
  • Familiar with MS offices softwares.
  • Other ad hoc general clerk duties.


Working Hours:
    The working hours are 5.5 days from 8am to 5pm, including alternate Saturdays.

What We Offer:
    We offer a competitive salary range of SGD $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
    To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent administration and communication skills, be proficient in MS Office applications, and have prior experience in a similar role.
