Responsibilities:

• Manage and review all accounts receivable postings, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Facilitate collection meetings with clients to resolve any outstanding issues
• Prepare and review monthly GST submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in month-end closing, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare and review audit schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Estimate quarterly expected credit loss, ensuring accurate forecasting
• Handle representative office accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and colleagues

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy and above
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP software, a plus
