Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist. As a key member of the human resources department, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining employee compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll, bonuses, incentives, and leave entitlements.

In this role, you will analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our overall rewards strategy. You will also liaise with insurance providers and other vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of benefits to employees.

You will assist in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives in line with industry best practices. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all compensation and benefits-related queries and issues.

Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation is crucial to ensure regulatory compliance. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Min Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management/ Business Management
  • No experience needed, but strong analytical skills are required
  • Able to start as soon as possible
