Director of Trade Screening Strategy

This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving the global strategy and direction for Trade Screening solutions. Reporting to the Global Head of Screening Strategy, you will own the Trade business P&L and align with market trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.

The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, legal, and operations to shape long-term innovation in trade compliance. This individual contributor role holds significant influence across the business and requires deep knowledge of global Financial Crimes Compliance regulations and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Product and Data teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for Trade Screening investments.
  2. Deliver market insights, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends to inform strategy and foster organizational knowledge.
  3. Own the P&L and drive portfolio growth with a strong focus on customer experience.
  4. Lead strategic pricing and Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives to unlock business and customer value.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with senior leadership to report on strategy, outcomes, and milestones.
  6. Align regional execution with global strategy through close collaboration with regional teams.
  7. Identify and evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities aligned with FCC strategy.
  8. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and with analyst firms to provide thought leadership.
