Job Summary

The Metropolitan Young Men's Christian Association of Singapore is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services
    • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to arriving and departing guests.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address guest concerns and feedback in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Room Management
    • Process room check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
    • Manage room reservations and cancellations in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
    • Provide excellent communication skills to ensure effective interaction with guests and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma in hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple tasks.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
