Expert Clinical Informatics Specialist

Our organization is seeking a meticulous clinical informatics expert to play a key role in data management and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough requirement gathering and assessments.
- Create and update medication-related master data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Test, document, and deploy content changes to support safe and efficient patient care.
- Track change request status and deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Provide functional support to users and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and update systems to improve patient outcomes.
- Education: BSc (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior Epic Willow certification and clinical/informatics working experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Training: Training for Epic certification will be provided where needed, and certification is expected within 3 months of hire.
