**JOB PURPOSE**
Support the Group Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (GCCIO) and Group Clinical Informatics (GCI) in the development and implementation of clinical information systems and processes that facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care and the conduct of research.
**Areas of Responsibility**
Management of the NGEMR project Facilitates management reporting for Team Leads
- Monitor and track issues and risks bring it up for discussion with internal and external
- Implement best practices and framework to improve from current state to increase the efficiency of project delivery.
- Manage vendor to deliver test execution for projects, change requests and service requests on time to meet overall project goals.
- Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, resources, and schedules.
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations.
- Provide guidance to junior colleagues to assist incumbent to meet the project management outcomes.
Providing support in the testing of the NGEMR System
- Infrastructure Setup Testing labs at different sites for all kinds of testing such as integrated Testing, Parallel Revenue Cycle Testing, User Acceptance Testing including all required equipment.
- Monitoring testing activities to ensure they are scheduled on time and roster preparation including testing scripts reviewed and ready
- Gathering feedback from various stakeholders on daily test results and communicate this effectively with external parties such as IHIS,NUHS and EPIC to discuss on the test findings to ensure bugs are fixed
- To ensure the availability of third party systems by communicating with Interface Functional Testing as entry criteria and subsequently, the testing staging environment to be available to perform testing.
- Working with NHG Process Analyst to clear any roadblocks affecting any testing activitie
- Review of the test deliverables (Test plans, Test execution documents, Test closure reports).
Facilitate NGEMR Project team needs
- Proper documentation of project materials for easy reference for all stakeholders.
- Maintain a consistent management dashboard for status reporting to management.
- Other duties directed by Group Chief Clinical Informatics Officer and the Office of Group Clinical Informatics.

**MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Process Engineering**
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements, workflow design within and across Functional Groups and/or respective programmes.
- Processes include business processes and programme delivery processes.
- To maintain policy and procedure, where applicable, such as training administration procedures.
**Product Value Creation**
- Complete content build and testing of the system as guided/requested by stakeholders.
- Explore new technology and its relevance to the businesses.
**Programme Management/Delivery**
- Be involved in programme management work areas including but not limited to conducting requirements analysis, functional testing, system implementation, user/trainer training and coordinating with appointed IT partners for on-going support to NHG users.
- Track content build changes, issues and training status throughout the overall programme progress against committed goals with the assigned Functional Group
- Other duties directed by GCCIO and the office of Group Clinical Informatics
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**Education/Training/Experience**
- Healthcare/IT Business Analysts who take an interest in process improvement, value creation and/or programme management to provide support & improve healthcare
- A tertiary degree from a recognised university in IT.
- Having a Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Clinical Informatics and/or a Certificate in Health Informatics (e.g. AMIA 10x10, CAHIMS, CPHIMS) would be advantageous.
- Preferably 2-4 years of relevant working experience with project/programme management and/or training in a healthcare/healthcare IT setting.

- Excellent organisational, people management and communication skills, with attention to details
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team
