Project Manager HVAC Systems

Job Description:

As a Project Manager for HVAC Systems, you will oversee the execution of complex projects in the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) domain. This includes ensuring continuous improvement in productivity, customer satisfaction, schedule adherence, project delivery, and safety performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Contribute to ACMV systems engineering, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution to minimize project delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and other necessary records.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within specified deadlines and monitor cost control measures to maintain profitability and meet financial objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ACMV controls.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
