Job Title: Mechanical Engineer for HVAC Projects

This role involves working on the execution of various projects, ensuring that they meet the required quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe and align with project schedules.
  • Lead project execution by conducting site visits, meetings, coordinating works, and overseeing the completion of projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and handle all technical matters related to the project.
  • Prepare progress claims, material submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, HVAC shop drawings & as-built drawings for projects.
  • Maintain quality control measures and ensure adherence to health and safety requirements throughout the project duration.
  • Regularly report project progress and performance to the Manager/Director.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager/Director.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in construction or A&A HVAC projects.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong command of English language.
