Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire import and export process, including shipments and shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Delivery Order, Permit Declaration, Notice of Arrival.
  • Establish strong relationships with vendors, customers, carriers and overseas agents through prompt response and regular communication.
  • Offer creative solutions to clients for their shipment or space needs.

Qualifications and Experiences Required:

  • A minimum of two years' working experience in Freight Forwarding is essential.
  • A general diploma in Freight Forwarding/Logistics is preferred but not mandatory. What's more important is a proven track record of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of Import and Export processes is crucial.

This role demands excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is also required.
