Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

The primary responsibilities of this role include attending to customer enquiries, arranging for space bookings, and monitoring shipments. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising closely with the import/export department, preparing pre-alerts, and checking arriving and uplift details.

Additionally, the Customer Service Executive will be required to deal with customers effectively and efficiently, using diplomacy and negotiation skills to resolve any issues that may arise. Good filing systems and proper housekeeping are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding (sea freight), a GCE O' Level and above, and proficiency in MS office applications. Bilingualism in English and Mandarin is highly desirable, as it will enable the candidate to converse with Mandarin-speaking clients.
