Job Title

A highly accomplished and visionary legal leader is sought to head our regional legal team in Asia Pacific.

  • Role Overview:
  • Lead the regional legal team, overseeing case strategies, risk mitigation, and process implementation.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide strategic guidance on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and contract management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the regional legal team, including engagement of external counsel.
  • Provide trusted business advisory services, offering legal and strategic guidance on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and contract management.
  • Implement effective legal processes and address emerging legal topics.


Requirements

  • Excellent academic record in law and qualification to practice law in your home country or another jurisdiction.
  • At least 10 years of experience in various legal roles within Siemens or international law firms/legal departments of large multinational companies.
  • Detailed knowledge of foreign legal systems and understanding of legal and economic correlations.
