The successful candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the shipping industry specific focus on reefer and/or special cargo operations and customer management, with a proven track record of managing a specialized cargo division with P&L responsibility.
In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations and industry best practices along with strong organizational and communication skills are required.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
