Job Title: Technical Operations Supervisor

A key position in our organization is available for a Technical Operations Supervisor. This challenging role requires a skilled and experienced professional who can oversee the technical management of our fleet of offshore supply vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day technical operations of assigned vessels, including maintenance, repairs, inspections, and surveys.
  • Coordinating with vendors, operations, and commercial teams to ensure vessels' technical and operational readiness.
  • Reviewing repair quotations, assessing dry-docking requirements, selecting shipyards, and preparing budget proposals.
  • Attending dry-docking, repairs, and surveys when required, and defining repair specifications.
  • Preparing post-docking evaluation reports covering completed works, budgets, and actual expenditures.

Requirements:
  • Seagoing experience as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer on offshore vessels.
  • Class 1 or Class 2 COC; DP Maintenance and High Voltage certificates are required.
  • Strong knowledge of Classification Rules and ideally, Saudi Aramco requirements.
  • Skilled at diagnosing technical issues, identifying root causes, and executing recovery plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
