Regional Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational plans to drive business growth in the region.
  • Design and optimize regional team performance frameworks.
  • Establish effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create localized user experiences.
  • Apply a data-driven approach by analyzing industry trends and generating actionable insights.
  • Lead a high-performing business operations team and represent the organization globally.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience from a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or sales management within the Internet, FinTech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Native proficiency in Russian and fluency in English due to team and stakeholder engagement requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems, design solutions, and drive measurable outcomes.
