Business Systems Analyst Position

The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects and systems. This individual will work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate those needs into technical requirements.

  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Meticulousness, Organized, Team player and Good Articulation skills are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user requirement analysis for IT projects and systems.
  • Liaise closely with business users to evaluate procedures and develop flow diagrams and use cases.
  • Liaise closely with vendors in project implementation, integration, testing, application patches and upgrades.
  • Provide application support, troubleshooting, and liaison services throughout various stages of the SDLC.
  • Plan and coordinate end-user training for IT system implementations or enhancements.
