Job Title: Business System Support Expert

We are seeking a skilled Business System Support Expert to provide high-quality technical support for our Core Banking and Cards applications across regions.

  • Perform routine system maintenance activities, including infrastructure and operating system patching, key and certificate renewal, and disaster recovery testing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working in the IT industry with relevant experience in technology solutions or support service delivery in the banking/financial sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and be available for out-of-hours support.

Tech Skills:

  • Experience providing L2/L3 support for open systems platforms, with expertise in Unix/Linux OS, shell scripting, and Oracle DB.
  • Familiarity with mainframe systems (VSAM, CICS, ZOS, etc.) and COBOL/RPG/JCL/Easytrieve languages is an added advantage.

About the Role

This role involves delivering high-quality technical support for our business-critical applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as performing routine system maintenance tasks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
