Job Description

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive business growth, elevate customer satisfaction levels, and enhance employee satisfaction within the assigned centres. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating front desk team performance and providing regular feedback through a 360-degree feedback loop involving various stakeholders.
  • Administering logistical and facilities maintenance operations to ensure a seamless working environment comparable to a 5-star hotel experience.
  • Achieving assigned monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments, and lead-conversion targets while mentoring team members to achieve individual targets.
  • Promoting a positive work environment aligned with company values and executing initiatives to address challenges and organize staff welfare events.
  • Ensuring customer retention by promoting adept problem-solving skills and upholding high service standards among team members.
  • Communicating consistently with the company's core values across all channels and proactively addressing any issues or potential concerns to foster a collaborative approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field and at least 1 year in a team-leader position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to think critically in various sales situations.
  • Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre.
  • A strong commitment to compliance and ethical business practices, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
