Business Operations Manager

Job Overview: A seasoned business operations manager oversees the smooth functioning of various units, aiming to achieve financial goals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably specializing in Hospitality/Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to perform under pressure, resilient, and adaptable.
