The Warehouse Operations Assistant at Trescal Group plays a crucial role in the efficient receipt and management of goods delivered to the company. Key responsibilities include receiving all incoming goods, inspecting them for damage, quantity, and quality, and accurately documenting this information on the computer system. This process ensures that order requirements are met and maintains a tidy and organized storage area in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Warehouse Operations Assistant is tasked with picking stock items according to outgoing paperwork, securely packaging orders for delivery, and collaborating with various carriers used for customer delivery. Providing exceptional customer service both internally and externally is also an essential aspect of this role.

When driving, the Warehouse Operations Assistant must maintain and secure the vehicle provided, including regular refueling, cleanliness, and logging of maintenance needs. A comprehensive log of van activities and fuel consumption is also required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent practical driving skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Strong lifting and carrying abilities, along with proficiency in completing records and paperwork, are also essential. Self-motivation, organizational skills, and attention to detail are further highly valued qualities.
