Roles & Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations Management:

Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.

Assist in managing warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Oversee the receipt of incoming goods and verify their accuracy against purchase orders or service requirements.

2. Inventory Control and Management:

Monitor stock levels to ensure proper inventory control and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Assist in inventory audits and reconciliation, working closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate records.

Manage the rotation of stock and ensure the proper handling of perishable or time-sensitive items (if applicable).

3. Logistics Coordination:

Assist in coordinating the delivery and transportation of goods, ensuring that all items are delivered to the appropriate location on time.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation routes and costs.

Help streamline shipping and receiving processes to improve overall delivery times and customer satisfaction.

4. Team Leadership and Supervision:

Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse staff and ensuring they are working efficiently and meeting performance goals.

Provide on-the-job training for new employees and ongoing coaching for current employees to enhance performance.

Evaluate employee performance and assist in providing feedback or corrective actions.

5. Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular safety inspections and resolve potential hazards in the warehouse environment.

6. Customer Service Support:

Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Address any customer complaints or concerns related to warehouse operations, such as shipping delays or damaged goods.

Ensure that products are properly packaged and shipped according to customer specifications.

7. Process Improvement:

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvement.

Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies, systems, or procedures to enhance warehouse operations.

Analyze performance metrics to track warehouse efficiency and help set operational goals.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

Assist in maintaining warehouse records, including shipping logs, inventory reports, and safety inspection checklists.

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics for upper management.

9. Vendor and Supplier Relations:

Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve any issues regarding product shortages or delays.

Assist in negotiating contracts or terms with service providers to optimize costs and improve service quality.

10. Budget and Cost Management:

Help manage the warehouse budget, including controlling labor costs, overtime, and operational expenses.

Analyze and track expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain operational efficiency.


Additional: Able to do some repair to household products.


Work from Tuesday to Sunday.

Off Monday.
