Job Overview

As an IoT Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing our proprietary IoT hardware and AI-driven maintenance solutions at challenging sites. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and customer service skills to ensure the successful setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our solutions, while fostering positive client relationships and technical reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute IoT hardware deployments tailored to client site requirements.
  • Perform on-site installation and configuration of our software and hardware solutions.
  • Maintain the stability and reliability of deployed IoT systems to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
  • Provide on-site and hands-on technical support to resolve client hardware-related issues quickly.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IoT hardware deployment, field engineering, or related roles.
  • Proficient with at least one scripting or programming language.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with edge devices, gateways, and cloud integration.
  • Certifications in electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
