Built Heritage Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Built Heritage Consultant to join our team at Anradus Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in built heritage, architecture, or a related field, with experience in conducting heritage assessments and surveys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive heritage assessment reports, including Heritage Statements, Statements of Significance, Impact Reports, and Building Recording Reports.
  • Conduct thorough archival research and prepare desk-based assessments to inform project delivery.
  • Carry out site surveys and visits to libraries or archives to gather essential information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and identify opportunities for improving heritage sites.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as designers, engineers, and environmental specialists, to deliver high-quality projects that benefit both clients and the environment.
  • Manage heritage surveys, including condition assessments and building recording, to ensure accurate and detailed documentation.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to contribute to high-quality project work and professional growth.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is passionate about built heritage and has excellent communication and project management skills.
