**Museum and Culture Associate Role**

Are you passionate about preserving cultural heritage? Do you have a keen interest in analyzing data to inform policy decisions?

This role involves driving the implementation of the Culture Pass programme, coordinating and processing heritage-related applications, and suggesting process improvements.

You will also be responsible for developing and managing basic data analytics to inform policy decisions, generating insights from heritage programme participation patterns.

Support stakeholder engagement initiatives by managing applicant relationships and building a stakeholder database. Conduct programme evaluation through site visits and assessments, contributing to quality assurance and programme enhancement.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights. Excellent project management skills are also essential, along with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in Singapore's heritage and cultural sector.

Demonstrated leadership experience is highly valued, preferably through CCAs, internships, or previous work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and knowledge of data visualisation tools are advantageous.
