Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced Mandarin Senior Preschool Educator to join our international preschool. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding young children while also mentoring fellow teachers.

  • Mentor and support educators in delivering quality Mandarin lessons
  • Lead curriculum planning and ensure engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Create safe, stimulating, and play-based learning environments
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and the school community
  • Work with children aged 18 months to 6 years (Playgroup, Nursery, Kindergarten)

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory)
  • WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Mandarin (DECCE-T) or higher
  • Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in Mandarin preschool classrooms
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team is an advantage
