Senior Preschool Educator Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Preschool Educator to lead our international, play-based preschool in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support educators in delivering high-quality Mandarin language lessons
  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curricula
  • Create safe, stimulating, and play-based learning environments for children aged 18 months to 6 years
  • B uild strong partnerships with parents and the school community
Requirements:
  • ECDA L2 Certification (mandatory)
  • WSQ Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Mandarin (DECCE-T) or higher
  • Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in Mandarin preschool classrooms
  • Experience in mentoring or leading a team is an advantage
