About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Husbandry Agent to join our team at Wilhelmsen Port Services. As a key member of our global team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of port calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Account sales to ensure seamless service performance of Husbandry port calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
  • Ensure all appointments are handled promptly and assigned correctly to responsible team members.
  • Manage advance funding and pre-funding for local agents.
  • Monitor and record expenses during vessel port calls.
  • Coordinate port calls and services effectively, adhering to Ships Agency Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Attend business review meetings with customers and interact with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the marine industry, preferably in ships agency operations.
  • Ability to work independently and systematically.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability and aptitude to learn and adapt to new situations.
