At our organization, we strive to redefine the student care experience in partnership with our students.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Student Care Teacher who will work closely with us to create a supportive environment for primary school students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and facilitation of a class of students, guiding them in their academic growth and development.
  • Assist students with their schoolwork in at least two subjects (English, Maths, Science, or Chinese).
  • Maintain effective communication with school teachers and parents regarding students' progress and behavior.
  • Plan and deliver daily and holiday activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of students.
  • Prepare simple weekly reports on student progress (template provided).
  • Transport children from their schools as needed.

Requirements:

  • A genuine love and commitment to working with children.
  • Ability to discipline students patiently and firmly, while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Familiarity with current school syllabus and previous experience in student care is an advantage.

Working Hours:

School Term: Monday to Friday, 9 hours shift (between 8:00 am - 7:30 pm)

School Holidays and Adhoc School Closure Days: Monday to Friday, 9 hours shift (between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm)

Location: Marine Parade/Katong

Salary: $2000-$3000 (full-time)
