Service Crew Job Description

We are seeking friendly and energetic individuals to join our dining team as part of our Service Crew. This role is at the heart of the Club's social scene, serving delicious meals with genuine hospitality.

No experience? No problem. We encourage applicants who bring their smile and a willingness to learn.

  • Welcome members warmly, making them feel right at home.
  • Inform members about current promotions and answer their queries.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently with a friendly smile.
  • Keep the dining area clean, organised, and inviting.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and team members for smooth service.
  • Follow all hygiene and safety standards.
  • Adhere to our policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
  • Assist in F&B operations as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Friendly and approachable communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and a hands-on attitude.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is an advantage.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous F&B or customer service experience is a bonus.
