Job Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused team member to join our food and beverage service team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle food and beverage orders efficiently and effectively
  • Serve team members with a smile and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist fellow team members in the preparation and setup of the team member dining room for food service
Requirements:
  • Minimum Secondary school education with 'O' Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role, preferably in a hospitality organization
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Possess a well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Able to work in fast-paced operations flow
  • Multitasking
  • Able to stand for long hours
