Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dining service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

About the Role:

This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. You will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, preparing and serving dishes, operating the cash register, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in and around your workstation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience.
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders and operating the cash register efficiently.
  • Preparing and serving dishes to a high standard, including handling food safely and hygienically.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
