Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced teams and clients, leveraging your analytical skills to investigate and interpret complex data. You will support the full construction procurement programmes from inception to completion, developing impactful commercial presentations and communications for contractors throughout the pre-and-post contract phases.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies for construction packages
  2. Develop and present commercial proposals to clients
  3. Negotiate pricing for work packages, ensuring value for money
  4. Manage contract alignment for contractors and project teams
  5. Oversee the execution of contract releases, payment applications, and change order management

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with a variety of construction contracting strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
