We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our landed housing projects. As a Landed Housing Project Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of bungalows and semi-detached houses from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets;">
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution;">
  • Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design, specifications, safety, and regulatory standards;">
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any on-site issues promptly;">
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients;">
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones;">
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals;">
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD).">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;">
  • BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects;">
  • Familiarity with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore;">
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;">
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.">
