Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating of technical issues related to projects
  • Ensure submission of Architectural samples, shops drawings and other related documents to consultants or authorities in a timely manner
  • Monitor work progress at site to ensure works meet master program and make adjustments as necessary
  • Oversee the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within schedule, cost and quality
  • Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities to set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team
  • Ensure all submissions and applications to relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Project Engineer or relevant role for luxury landed house projects
  • Ability to communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking associates
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 7pm at project site
