**_Project Coordinator (Renovations Projects - Landed / Condo / HDB)
- **
We are looking for an experience, responsible and passionate individual to coordinate projects for residential renovation works. Your role will be essential in our business growth and sustainability. We are seeking for individual with a can-do attitude, good street skills and someone who wants to achieve for something greater in life.
**Project Coordination & Site Supervision**
- Building good rapport and providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients
- Recommending appropriate solutions, services and ideas based on clients needs, budget and requests
- Overall project planning and daily management of renovation works
- Arranging and scheduling respective work trades involve to ensure site smooth coordination
- Coordinate with internal in-house team and external team
- Project management from conception to execution to completion
**Requirements**:
- Must have previous experience in managing interior renovation works with proven experience in handover of residential renovation projects (condo/HDB/landed)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience preferred
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Independent, energetic and presentable
