Project Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our landed housing projects from inception to completion.

  • Oversight of project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes;
  • Collaboration with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors for seamless project execution;
  • Supervision of site activities to guarantee compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements;
  • Regular site inspections and prompt resolution of any on-site issues;
  • Preparation and presentation of progress reports to management and clients;
  • Quality control and timely delivery of all construction milestones;
  • Liaison with relevant authorities for necessary permits and approvals;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • BCA acknowledgement as a Project Manager for landed housing projects;
  • Familiarity with BCA regulations, submission processes, and construction-related requirements in Singapore;
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
