Enterprise Risk Leader Position

A seasoned Enterprise Risk professional with exceptional leadership skills is required to spearhead engagements in identifying control enhancements, process improvements, and efficiency opportunities. This role involves leveraging expertise to develop tailored solutions for clients.

This position demands a unique blend of skills, expertise, and experience. As an Enterprise Risk leader, you will be responsible for leading engagements to identify opportunities for control enhancements, operational and compliance process improvements, and efficiency gains. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop targeted solutions to address these challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research on client background and risks to propose tailored audit work programs.
  • Executing review by performing testing of audit areas, completing work programs, conducting interviews with senior management, providing guidance to junior team members, reviewing their work, scheduling closing meetings with clients, communicating and discussing audit observations, and preparing closing meeting decks.
  • Preparing draft and final reports after internal reviews, wrapping up audit work programs and files, and assisting with any other wrap-up activities.
  • Maintaining productive working relationships with client personnel.
  • Fostering strong internal relationships within the organization.
  • Contributing to people initiatives and educational programs to continually develop interpersonal and technical skills of staff.
  • Complying with workplace policies and procedures.

Qualifications include a recognized Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or related fields, at least 6 years of experience in internal auditing/line positions, strong computer skills (MS Office), international business experience preferred, and demonstrated integrity, values, principles, and work ethics.
