Senior Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare risk management and strategic projects within a public healthcare setting.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our team in developing and implementing enterprise risk management frameworks, including AI and digitalisation strategies, crisis management, and hospital remodelling.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of risk management projects, including ERM framework development and corporate projects such as AI and digitalisation, crisis management and hospital remodelling.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and research to support evidence-based decision making.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Perform documentation and reporting for key risk management initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing risk management training and workshops.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Entry-level graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of working experience.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Keen interest in healthcare and risk management.
  • Proactive learning attitude and adaptability.
