Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist Job Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented TikTok creators with strong potential for growth and developing them into successful influencers.

  • Provide strategic guidance to talent on optimizing their content and growing their following.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship, brand partnership, and other commercial deals for talent.
  • Couch talent on personal branding, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
  • Analyze content performance and audience data to inform talent development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in TikTok influencer marketing and talent management.
  • Proven track record of discovering, developing, and monetizing TikTok talent.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience trends, and monetization models.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent management.
  • Possession of a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the fast-moving social media industry.
